DD Music Geek - June 2026 Updates

I've been spending some time lately updating the website and adding some new services, which some of you may have already seen!

Back in Stock Notifications
The Back in Stock notification is now live on selected items. Sign up on any out-of-stock product page and you'll get an alert the moment it's available again — so if you missed out first time around, we'll do our best to get you another! This is, of course, dependent on outside factors; limited runs or releases may make it impossible in some cases, but we'll always try our best.

Preorders Now Live
You can now preorder new titles — both music and comics! There's the option to pay a deposit upfront, or pay in full and save 10%. Your order will then be shipped or ready to collect once stock arrives from suppliers. I'm hoping to add estimated shipping dates to each preorder over the next few days.

Comic Subscriptions
Subscriptions are now available online for comics! All subscribers save 10% on the cover price, so there's no reason to miss an issue. The most popular titles have been added, with more to follow — plus there will shortly be the option to request subscriptions for titles we don't currently offer, so watch out for more updates there too!

Loyalty Programme Update
The loyalty programme currently running isn't quite working how I'd like — for my customers or for what I want to offer. I'm looking at different options, but the current system will be coming to an end shortly. For everyone currently signed up: don't panic. I intend to make sure your existing loyalty doesn't go unrewarded. Exactly what form that will take is still being decided, but once there are more definitive updates I'll reach out and let you all know.
