Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch every order within one working day. Orders received outside of opening hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that dispatch times may also be affected by our current opening hours — see our Contact Us page for up-to-date business hours.

Local Collection & Local Delivery If you're in the area, we offer a free click-and-collect service — orders are typically ready within 1 hour during business hours.

For customers within a 10-mile radius, we also offer an early evening local delivery service once the shop has closed. A £2 charge applies for this service.

UK Destinations Delivery fees are calculated at checkout to give you the best value and fastest available service. We aim to deliver stocked items within 1–4 business days using Royal Mail and various courier services. For items sourced from our suppliers, expected delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order but are typically 10–30 days.

Europe & Rest of the World Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with estimated delivery times provided where possible. We aim to dispatch international orders within one working day of receipt.

Important notice for international customers: As DD Music Geek is based in the UK, orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. This includes — but is not limited to — orders shipped to EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
