Delivery

We aim to get every order dispatched within two working day. Please note, we class a working day as Monday to Friday; orders received over the weekend will be dispatch on the Monday, or, in the case of a bank Holiday in the UK, Tuesday.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

If you are in the area, we offer a free collection service where you can collect your order direct from our shop. Normally all orders are available to collect within 1 hour, during business hours.

If you are within a 10 miles radius, we also offer a delivery service in the early evening once the shop is closed.

For musical instruments and accessories that are sent direct from our warehouse, please see the charges below.

For most orders we use either Royal Mail or Evri, with expected delivery between 1-4 business days.

Occasionally, we will use DHL or another courier for larger orders with delivery expected between 1-3 business days.

For any items that come direct from our suppliers, such as musical instruments, these are sent via courier with expected delivery 1-3 business days.
