We aim to get every order dispatched within one working day. Please note, we class a working day as Monday to Friday; orders received over the weekend will be dispatch on the Monday, or, in the case of a bank Holiday in the UK, Tuesday.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery
If you are in the area, we offer a free collection service for stocked items direct from our shop. Normally all orders are available to collect within 1 hour, during business hours.
If you are within a 10 miles radius, we also offer a delivery service in the early evening once the shop is closed. There is a £2 charge for this service.
UK Destinations
Due to the varying products we are now stocking both at our shop and with our supply warehouses, delivery fees are now calculated at checkout to give you the quickest service and also the best value.
We do our best to deliver stocked items within 1-4 business days, using Royal Mail and various courier services.
For other items from our suppliers around the world, the expected delivery time will be given at time of order, but can be around 10-30 days on average.
Europe & Rest of the World
Shipping is calculated at checkout, with estimated delivery times giving when possible.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for any import duties or taxes at time of delivery, we do not collect these fees.
