Technical Issues & Store Phone Number
Hi everyone!
Just a quick heads up, that I've become aware of a few technical issues that are not currently working as they should.
Store Messages:
If you've sent in a message to the shop and not received a reply then, firstly, I apologise.
It appears I am getting notifications, but the actual message does not appear for me to read or respond to!
I'm currently looking as to what is causing this, and will update here once I have further news.
Phone / Landline:
I've managed to get out of a very bad phone/broadband contract I was stuck with the past two years. I was finally out of contract and asked them to cease any further supply, which they actually did!
Although this was the outcome I wanted, I was surprised they actually did it as they'd previously stated I had to give 30 days notice!
This has, however, meant that a change-over of supplier will not be as smooth... therefore I'll be setting up a mobile number you can contact me on for the shop over the next few days.
And if you are either with XLN, Daisy, or any of their associated suppliers, or are approached by them, I highly recommend not going with them.... their charges tripled within 12 months with no additional benefits and no way to get out of contract.
