Dressed to impress, this gorgeous instrument with a satin open-pore finish, looks striking, with appointments that include a decorative abalone rosette, black body bindings, laser etched Laka headstock logo and black/chrome open-geared tuners.   

High quality tonewoods, including acacia koa for the soundboard, back and sides, and a neck shaped from mahogany, enhance the natural bass frequencies.  

With impressive sustain and tone, the output is as versatile as it looks with a weighty utterance that leans towards the versatile sound of traditional acoustic bass guitars, accurately delivered to onward amplifiers, desks, or recording equipment via Fishman’s ever popular Fishman Clasica II preamp with Volume, Bass, Treble & Phase controls and a built-in tuner.
